Positive Healing & Trauma Services
Quality Therapy Services for Adults, Children, Couples, & Families
Beth McGinley is the owner and founder of Positive Healing & Trauma Services, a private mental health practice providing individual and couples counseling in person and virtually. Beth and her team help clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, communication difficulties, relationship concerns and family conflict. The practice also provides clinical supervision for associate counselors working toward independent licensure.
Therapy begins with a safe, collaborative relationship where clients can explore experiences affecting their emotional well-being, relationships, and daily lives. This may include recent events, long-standing patterns, or generational trauma that continues to influence how the body and mind respond to stress.
Using trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral approaches, mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques, the therapists at Positive Healing & Trauma Services help clients understand these patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
